Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our organization's digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate valuable leads and conversions through various digital channels. Your primary objective will be to engage target audiences effectively, build brand awareness globally, and optimize our online presence to achieve our business goals.

Specific Skills
  1. Possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with at least 04 to 05 years of relevant experience.
  2. Demonstrate proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and best practices.
  4. Proficiently use digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software.
  5. Display an in-depth understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  6. Exhibit an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Prior experience in team management or cross-functional collaboration is advantageous.
Responsible For
  1. Devise and execute a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with our objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  2. Plan and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and website analytics to identify trends, gather insights, and capitalize on optimization opportunities.
  4. Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility, enhanced user experience, and increased lead generation.
  5. Manage and coordinate the creation of compelling digital content, encompassing blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other engaging formats.
  6. Leverage social media platforms to engage with target audiences, foster brand loyalty, and drive high-quality traffic to our website.
  7. Monitor and promptly respond to online reviews and customer feedback, proactively maintaining a positive brand image.
  8. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and support product launches.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Regularly track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, offering valuable insights and optimization suggestions.
  11. Efficiently manage and allocate the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  12. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure adherence to data protection and privacy laws.
