At Beyond Codes, we understand that protecting the privacy of data submitted by visitors to our Web sites is very important and sensitive. Beyond Codes Websites uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Our Web sites are directed at an adult audience. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from anyone we know to be under the age of 13 without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. Beyond Codes, Inc. (“BCI”) takes personal data protection seriously and treats all personal data, for clients and for business leads with utmost care. This privacy policy is modeled after requirements presented by diiferent directives of various countries as BCI believes these requirements provide the strictest and most broad-based privacy requirements in the world. This privacy policy also incorporates modifications necessitated by privacy regulations promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission and various sector regulations. This privacy policy outlines information about the personal information BCI collects and how it is used.
All individuals who are the subject of personal data held by BCI are entitled to:
- Ask what information the company holds about them and why
- Ask how to gain access to it
- Be informed how to keep it up to date
- Be informed how the company is meeting its data protection obligations
If an individual contacts the company requesting this information, this is called a “Subject Access Request”. Subject Access Requests from individuals should be made by email, addressed to the Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. The Data Protection Officer can supply a standard request form, although individuals do not have to use this. Individuals will be charged $10 per Subject Access Request. The Data Protection Officer will aim to provide the relevant data within 14 calendar days. The Data Protection Officer will always verify the identity of anyone making a subject access request before handing over any information.
Hubspot provides a customer relationship management tool that enables us to collect Customer Personal Data and Program information and Program History to onboard and manage customers so that we may provide the Services. Hubspot is self-certified under the US-EU Data Privacy Shield and is subject to a Data Processing Addendum with us with EU Standard Contractual Clauses so that processing may take place in the United States.
